Barbara Bula has served as a Trustee of the Hood Foundation since 2007. An engineer by training, she earned her B.A. in Environmental Engineering from Dartmouth College and her M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas. Barbara began her career with MITRE Corporation in Boston managing alternative-energy projects before shifting her focus to raising her four children. She remains deeply involved in education and nonprofit work and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Loopback Analytics. Barbara and her husband, Gerry, live in Austin, Texas.
