New Publication: Dartmouth Atlas of Neonatal Intensive Care, co-authored by David Goodman, MD

Dr. David C. Goodman, a two-time former Hood awardee, has co-authored The Dartmouth Atlas of Neonatal Intensive Care.

The Atlas reports on a series of studies of regional and hospital variation in newborn and neonatal intensive care across four populations:

      1. the total US birth cohort;
      2. the Anthem-insured US birth cohort;
      3. the Texas Medicaid-insured birth cohort; and
      4. the total Norwegian birth cohort.

These studies were funded by The Anthem Foundation, the Charles H. Hood Foundation, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
