New Awardee Spotlight: Terrie Inder, MD

Each month the Hood Foundation will highlight one of our phenomenal current awardees. This month, we would like to recognize Dr. Terrie Inder, recipient of a 2019 Major Grant. Dr. Inder is a dual-trained neonatologist and child neurologist. She is the current Chair of the Department of Pediatric Newborn Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and also the Mary Ellen Avery Professor of Pediatrics in the Field of Newborn Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

The Charles H. Hood Foundation Welcomes Dr. Camilia Martin as Chief Scientific Officer

The Charles H. Hood Foundation is delighted to announce that Camilia (“Cami”) R. Martin, MD, MS, has joined the Foundation as Chief Scientific Officer. In this leadership role, Dr. Martin will steward and advance the Hood Foundation’s child health research portfolio, overseeing pediatric research awards and serving as a strategic scientific partner across initiatives, including the Hood Pediatric Innovation Hub.
