Awardee Spotlight: Carla Kim, PhD

Dr. Carla Kim, recipient of a 2019 Major Grant, is interested in the relationships between stem cell biology, cancer biology, and lung biology. She serves as a Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School and a Principal Investigator at the Stem Cell Program at Boston Children’s Hospital, as well as a Principal Faculty and Executive Committee member of the Harvard Stem Cell Institute and a member of the Lung Cancer Program at the Dana Farber/Harvard Cancer Center Lung Cancer Program.
